Day 01. (THU) MEXICO Breakfast. Arrival Transfer Welcome at the Mexico City "Benito Juarez" International airport; transfer to the hotel and overnight.
Day 02. (FRI) MEXICO CITY Breakfast. Mexico City. We will start our city tour visiting the cultural and historic Heritage downtown district where we will find the National Palace and it's beautiful murals, painted by the great muralist Diego Rivera, the constitution square or "Zocalo", the Main Aztec Temple and the Metropolitan Cathedral as well as some of the main avenues. Later, we will visit Chapultepec Park and one of the most important Residential areas of Mexico City, and the "Pink Zone". Return to the hotel and rest of the day free.
Day 3. (SAT) MEXICO - TUXTLA - SUMIDERO-SAN CRISTOBAL Breakfast. At convenient time, transfer to the airport to flight to Tuxtla Gutierrez. Assistance and transfer. Boat ride by Sumidero Canyon, with 1,000 meters (3,300 feet) in its highest point. Lunch on your own. We will pass through Chiapa de Corzo on our way to San Cristobal de las Casas. Overnight. Day 04. (SUN) SAN CRISTOBAL - INDIAN TOWNS Breakfast. Visit San Juan Chamula and Zinacantan, typical Indian towns, where the people still keep their traditions, language, customs, believes as well as their social structures. Sometimes you will witness some traditional rituals. The temple, housing and clothing are very original. Afternoon at your leisure to visit this beautiful city: the Market, the Cathedral, Santo Domingo church as well as the Jade museum to view King Pakal's tomb replica. Overnight.
Day 05. (MON) SAN CRISTOBAL - AGUA AZUL - PALENQUE Breakfast. Head to Agua Azul waterfalls, to admire their turquoise coloured waters. With possibility of swimming. If the time permits it, a short stop at Misol¡ will be made, another beautiful fall. Afterwards we will continue on to Palenque. Dinner and overnight. Day 06. (TUE) PALENQUE - CAMPECHE Breakfast. Visit Palenque, surrounded by jungle. One of the prime and most important sites of the "Mayan World". Inside the Pyramid of the Inscriptions, King Pakal's sarcophagus and its fascinating carved gravestone were found. We will view the Sun Temple, The Cross Temple & The Palace. Departure to find a nice panoramic of the Gulf of Mexico. Lunch on your own. Continuation to the beautiful walled city of Campeche. Panoramic view through the city. Dinner. Overnight.
Day 07. (WED) CAMPECHE - UXMAL - MERIDA Breakfast. Departure to Uxmal. We will visit this archaeological site and its wonders: the Guesser Pyramid, the Quadrangle of the Nuns, Governor's Palace, the Ballgame Court. Lunch and arrival to Merida, "the White City" to enjoy a panoramic view: Montejo Avenue, the monument to Motherland, the Main Square, the Cathedral, Government Palaces. Overnight. Day 08. (THU) MERIDA - CHICHEN ITZA - CANCUN Breakfast. Departure to Chichen Itza, the most important Mayan and awesome site in Mexico. Declared World Heritage By UNESCO.We will find advanced archaeo-astronomic knowledge in this city. We will visit the pyramid known as "the Castle" or Kukulcan temple, the Ballgame Court ,the Skull temple, Jaguar's temple, the Observatory, the One Thousand Columns Square & the Sacred Well .Ahead to beautiful well IK-IL, where we will be able to swim in. Lunch. Continuation to Cancun. Arrival and overnight.
Day 09. (FRI) CANCUN Breakfast. Free day to enjoy the wonderful talcum powdered turquoise beaches or take an optional touras Isla Mujeres, Xcaret, Tulum/ Xel-Ha or Cozumel. Our office will be more than happy in suggesting alternatives and confirm your flight. Overnight.
Day 10. (SAT) CANCUN - END OF SERVICES Breakfast. At convenient time, transfer to the airport.
